    As we approach the end of the school year and our summer months, both the Super Essex Conference (SEC) and Super Football Conference (SFC) will provide a Non-Contact Period for our student-athletes and their families. This will be a period of 9 days when Coaches will NOT be permitted to work with their players in sport-related activities during this time period. The Non-Contact Period will prohibit, but not be limited to: coach-led conditioning, weight training, and film review sessions. This period covers all levels of all programs (Varsity, JV, Freshman) across all seasons. It is our goal to give families the opportunity to plan and enjoy a summer vacation.
