OHS Athletic-Academic Eligibility Policy

NJSIAA - Updated Physical Forms

Every student-athlete must complete the Athletic Registration to participate in Orange HS Athletics.

This must be done every school year. 

If you completed this Athletic Registration online last year, you must sign in with the username and password you created. You will not be able to create a new account and complete the process if you already have an existing account. If you are having trouble accessing your account (forgot your username/password/email) please contact me for assistance and I can reset your password.

Athletic Physicals are valid for 1 calendar year. That means if you had a physical on August 5, 2023, it will expire on August 4, 2024. If your physical expires during your athletic season, you must get a new one to continue participation.

Please click on the link below to complete the online application for athletic participation. ALL online forms must be completed and submitted prior to obtaining a physical or participating on any athletic team at Orange High School.
