• Procedure for Requesting Academic Transcript

    ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
     
    The guidance department will be working remotely. 
    If you require a transcript request or Education verification please email  the transcript request form to:

    An official high school transcript includes high school grades, class rank, grade point average (GPA), graduation date, and current course schedule.  Organizations such as colleges, universities, the military, scholarship organizations and potential employers may request this information in order to determine your eligibility for acceptance or employment.

     
    Orange High School records may not be sent to a third party without the consent of the student and/or parent if the student is less than 18 years of age.  You must complete the Transcript Release Form to authorize the release of your records.
     
    Transcript requests may be sent through mail or made in person . The form is available in the Guidance Department or through the link below.

    An official transcript may not be released to an individual. It must be mailed directly to the appropriate agency (school, scholarship, job) by Orange High School Guidance Department.  Transcript requests will be processed between 7-10 school days of receipt. Please consider this time frame in your deadline.
     
    CURRENT SENIORS
     
    An official final transcript is required by all colleges as proof of high school graduation.  Seniors must complete the Transcript Request Form once they have made their college choice. 
     
     
    ACT/ SAT
     
    To have SAT or ACT scores sent to colleges or universities please contact the appropriate testing center.
