Greetings Orange High School community,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a dedicated and experienced education professional, eager to contribute to the continued success of Orange High School as your Vice Principal. My name is Ms. Madariaga, and my journey in education has been shaped by a commitment to fostering student growth and success.

I am a proud graduate of Rutgers University and NJCU, where I honed my passion for education and learning. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of serving the Memorial High School community, where I have embraced various roles and responsibilities that have enriched my understanding of the educational landscape.

In my current position, I have the distinct honor of overseeing House 12, a role that centers on guiding and supporting seniors as they navigate the pivotal transition to college and the workforce. I am deeply invested in ensuring that each student in House 12 not only meets academic milestones but also develops the skills and resilience necessary for success in the next chapter of their lives.

One of my core beliefs is that education is a collaborative effort, involving not only students and teachers but also the broader community. As your Vice Principal, I am committed to working closely with stakeholders, teachers, and parents to create enriching and inclusive learning opportunities for our students, such as Financial Aid Nights and our College Fair. I believe in fostering open lines of communication, building strong partnerships, and creating an environment where every voice is heard and valued.

My vision for Orange High School is rooted in the belief that education goes beyond textbooks and classrooms—it is about empowering students to become lifelong learners and responsible, compassionate members of society. I am excited about the prospect of contributing to the growth and success of Orange High School and look forward to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to create an environment where every student can thrive.
