WrestlingWrestling is one of the only sports that is understood world wide. Most people encounter wrestling early in life when they decided to wrestle around or roughhoused with siblings and friends in the livingroom. The desire to test your strength, speed and other physical abilities is natural. Competitive wrestling is a sport that is understood at its most primal level.
Wrestling doesn’t discriminate. It has a spot for everyone. No matter your body type — height or weight. In some sports, only certain body types are able to succeed but in wrestling, as long as you are tough and have the desire to compete, nothing else matters. Weight Classes ensure fairness amongst the competitors, so you’re never too small or too big to participate. As long as you have the desire to be a member of the team here at Orange, we want you!If you are interested in joining wrestling at any level reach out to the Orange PAL Department or High School Coaches Jose Veldez and Assistant Coach Anthony Dietrick.NJ Native Jordan Burroughs 2012 Olympic Champion
