    (6th and 7th grade)

    Greetings Parents!                                                                          Ms. Chouloutte

Welcome, students of the school year 2021-2022. I am Ms. Chouloutte, your child's homeroom teacher. Just to tell you a little about myself, this is my tenth year of teaching. I currently hold a master's degree as a Reading Specialist from Montclair State University and I pursued my elementary and special education certification at Bloomfield College.

Ms. Battle will be the instructional assistant in the classroom helping to support your child. As I welcome your child to my classroom, I hope that they know that Oakwood Avenue Community School will be like their second home. This is where they will receive the tools to become successful adults. Ms. Battle and I are very hardworking and have very high expectations for your child so we want them to work just as hard to achieve their goals.
