WELCOME TO ROSA PARKS COMMUNITY SCHOOL

  • Welcome to Rosa Parks Community School. We are located at 33 Cleveland Street and 369 Main Street in Orange, New Jersey. We are a full service Community School servicing over 950 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten to 7th Grade. We are proud of our academic progress over the last 3 years and especially our Superintendent's award as the highest perfroming school in the District for the 2018-2019 school year. 
    We are District champions of Mathematics Game 24 (3 consecutive years), Mathematics Competitions, Geography Bee and were winners of Grades 1, 2, 6 and 7 Spelling Bee contests at the Distrct level. Our students also placed second and third in the overal District Spelling Bee. Our students also received recognition for their Readorium participation and participated in the District's robotics competition. 
    Each year we host several family oriented events including Literacy Night, Stem Night, Sip and Paint and our Winter and Spring concerts.
