The Orange Township Public School District will administer the New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) for English Language Arts (grades 3–9), Mathematics (grades 3–9), and Science (grades 5, 8, and 11) beginning May 1 through May 14, 2025.
All assessments must be completed by May 30. Please see the parent letter from the Supervisor of Testing:
To support student success, families are encouraged to ensure students arrive early on testing days, bring a water bottle, and leave personal electronic devices at home. Students who complete testing early may bring a book or magazine to read quietly.
Please do not schedule early dismissals during testing, as this may disrupt the testing environment.
