"At-Home" COVID-19 Testing Kit Program

The Orange Public School District will offer "At-Home" COVID-19 Testing Kits to all district staff and students.
Overview
- This program is provided at no cost to the district, staff, parents, and/or students.
- Everyone qualifies regardless if they have insurance or not. Insurance is not required, and your insurance company will not be contacted regarding the program.
- The “At-Home” Testing Kit Program does not replace the current in-school testing program. Students and staff can participate in both programs.
- Each month, NJDOH/DOE has authorized schools/districts to order 2 tests per staff/student population.
- If you have any questions, please contact the school nurse at your school.
Below is a link to a general interest form to help the district assess the level of interest in the program.
- Please complete the information in the form below if you are interested in participating in the program. Additional information will be forwarded to all district staff and families when the program launches in mid-January 2023.
- Schools will order two tests per staff/student population who participate in the program.
- If you have any questions, please contact the nurse at your school.
- Please note: This is NOT an enrollment form. It was created to help the district assess the level of interest in the program.
