• In order to request the OPA Auditorium for an event, please follow procedures below 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
    Click on this link - VPA OPA Auditorium Request 
      • On the left of the VPA webpage you will find the  OPA Auditorium Scheduling Calendar and Use Form (Select this). On this page you will find the calendar and the facility use form. 
      • Click on Auditorium Master Schedule to see if your date is available
      • Then return to the Auditorium page and click on Auditorium Use Form
      • Fill out the form including all your technical needs and have your principal sign it.
      • Next, send it to Mr. Gaines or Mrs. Malloy for one of their signatures
      • They will send it to the board office for the final signatures. 
    If this is not done 2 weeks prior to the event we cannot guarantee that we will have technicians to cover your event.
