    General Student Expectations
     
    Student responsibilities in completing the assignments include: 
     
    • Identifying a comfortable and quiet space to study/learn.
    • Dedicating appropriate time to learning, as guided by your teachers. 
    • Routinely checking appropriate classdojo and emails for information on courses, assignments, and resources, on a daily basis. 
    • Attending and participating in any check-in times offered by your teachers.
    • Engaging in the virtual platforms with academic honesty, integrity, and according to the district’s Acceptable Use Policy.
    • Submitting all assignments in accordance with provided timelines and/or due dates.
     
     Parents & students Expectatations

    As we continue to review student assignments, we are noticing that many are responding to lesson/class posts with the like  symbol. When you like the assignment or post it indicates acknowledgement of lessons and assignments. Therefore the expectation is that the task will be completed, graded and used as a record for attendance for the day.

    Assignments that are liked and not completed will receive a zero in grade book. We are here daily to assist with assignments and to provide feedback and direction for any and all assignments. If we work together the tasks will get easier and the expectations can be met.

    We also understand that this is a new and somewhat challenging way to attend school. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us using class dojo or email.
