    • Maintain a healthy diet                       

    Set boundaries

    • Leave work at work 
    • Leave work on time at least once or twice a week.
    • Don't stretch yourself too thin. "It's OK to say NO"

    Social 

    • Stay connected to family and friends
    • Keep a positive attitude
    • Live, Love and Laugh
