It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Children are the future and as an educator our jobs directly reflect the future of this world, economy, and technological advances. How much we focus on a child’s growth and skills will in turn assist in a child’s desire to dream big and even achieve those dreams. What is education? Education is future-oriented - it is about development and growth even when we are studying the past. Who is an educator? An educator is more than someone who teaches a child how to read and write. An educator also has standards and principles by which they live. An educator does whatever they can to make sure a child works to their best abilities. An educator is concerned with a child’s development inside and outside of the classroom. An educator will strive to learn all of the new teaching strategies, and keep abreast of all new medical disabilities that may inhibit a child from learning and succeeding in the classroom.
