Summer tips to stay healthy.

  • Drink plenty of water both when inside and outside.

    Wear a summer hat and use sunscreen.

    Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. They are the best in the summertime.

    Get outside and take walks as often as you can. 

    Go to parks and the zoo.

    Read a book under a tree or in any cool spot.

    Go to the pool or run through the sprinkler.

    Relax with your family.
