  • Mask Mandate Letter from the Office of the Superintendent of Schools

    School districts have been given the autonomy to continue with the current mask mandate, limit mask usage, or end mask usage. As we recognize that all voices are important, the district developed a survey to capture input.

  • Universal School Mask Mandate Survey Results Presentation

    Thank you to all who completed the Mask Mandate Survey. Hearing from our stakeholders allows us to make sound decisions for all. Therefore, as of Monday, March 7, wearing masks will remain in effect in the Orange school district to maintain the health and safety of all who enter our doors.

  • Pick up and Drop Off Procedures

    Parents: Please be reminded that there is no parking or drop-off in the Staff Parking Lot. Dismissal time is at 3:20 pm. (After 3:05 pm, there will be no calls for early release/early dismissal as afternoon procedures will be in place, and this causes a disruption). Repetitive early pick-ups cause students to miss valuable instructional time, affecting their grades.

  • Heywood Avenue School After School Programs

    Heywood Avenue School is exceptional in the way students are given support outside the classroom. Despite having a small student body, there are approximately 14 after-school programs.
