    Grandparents of Heywood Avenue Elementary School students had a special invitation by the PTA, school administration, and teachers to take an active part in the classroom.  They were warmly greeted by the principal, assistant principal, PTA officers, and students who served them breakfast and escorted them to their respective students classes. The technology coordinator was on hand to take pictures that are featured in the photogallery above.  It was truly a momentous occasion.  The grandparents were very proud of their grandchildren and the other children at Heywood.  We greatly apprciate their involvement in the educational process!
