Need information on how to request Working Papers? (Click Here)
MINORS: If you don't have a job offer yet, that's your first step! You only apply for Working Papers after getting an offer of employment.
CAREGIVERS: If you get an email about a minor's Working Papers application before you've heard about their job offer, check to make sure they're doing things in the right order. The offer of employment comes first, and then they apply for Working Papers.
Transcript Requests (All grades)
ALL STEM Scholars have BOTH a STEM and NJIT Transcript!
The STEM transcript is the official high school record.
The NJIT transcript is the official college record.
All Scholars interested in attending a college or university after graduating MUST request a copy of both their final STEM and NJIT transcript to be reviewed and evaluated by their final college choice. Colleges will determine the eligibility for transfer credit on a case-by-case basis for all students based on their institution's transfer credit policy.

The presence of a Gender-Sexuality Alliance (GSA) in a school has a profound impact on the well-being of LGBTQ+ youth and students. GLSEN’s most recent National School Climate Study found that LGBTQ+ students with access to a GSA experienced lower levels of victimization and felt a greater sense of belonging and acceptance in their school communities. All secondary schools within the Orange School District have identified a GSA Advisor. We remain committed to your child’s development and growth as a school district. Use our valuable resources, as we are here to support your scholars. Should your child need support in this area, the GSA Advisor for STEM Academy is Mr. Jamaal Johnson (he, him, his), Guidance Counselor.
