From the desk of the Felecia Ware, Supervisor of Guidance
The Office of Guidance is committed to supporting the scholars and families of Orange Public Schools. Our team is made up of school-based counselors and social workers serving students from early childhood through grade 12.
We strive to support, empower, and enhance the academic development, personal growth, social-emotional wellness, and college and career development of all students across the district. helping them work toward their post-secondary goals.
We achieve this through a comprehensive, inclusive, and student-centered program designed to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment. Our aim is to eliminate barriers, provide meaningful opportunities, and offer the resources needed to enrich every student’s learning experience.
We work collaboratively with students, families, school staff, school and district administrators, as well as community partners to help students build the skills, knowledge, and character necessary for success in school and beyond.
Guidance and counseling services are available to every student throughout their school experience.
