A Message from the Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Gerald Fitzhugh, II Regarding Chromebooks

Hello PAS Families: A message from Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Gerald Fitzhugh, II

Summer Break - School-issued Chromebook Guidelines:
As we enter the Summer Break, we would like to remind parents and students of the following Chromebook guidelines. The Chromebook is provided to students for educational purposes only. Only the student assigned to the Chromebook should utilize the device. Playing games, listening to music, and watching movies are considered inappropriate uses of the school device. When using a Chromebook, be sure to keep it in the case, if one was provided. Hold the Chromebook with two hands, and always place it on an even surface to prevent it from falling. Do not eat or drink around the Chromebook, and finally, do not overcharge the device. Any damage incurred to the Chromebook will be the responsibility of the parent or the legal guardian. We encourage you to properly store the device in a secure area when not in use over the summer. Thank you.
