Oakwood Hosts Motivational Pep Rally for Students

Students at Oakwood received words of encouragement from lively and inspiring motivational speaker Algernon Hall.
ORANGE, NJ — On April 22, 2024, Oakwood Avenue School conducted a spring Pep Rally featuring motivational speaker Algernon Hall and his Dream Catchers program to encourage our students for their upcoming standardized testing! Mr. Hall is a devoted father and dream coach with a passion for helping people make a significant impact in the field of education.
In 2010, Mr. Hall launched the Dream Catchers program, which provides empowerment and mentorship for students in grades 6– 12. Algernon also provides professional development support for educators and organizations.
With over a decade of experience in education entrepreneurship, Mr. Hall has successfully designed and implemented educational programs in local schools, leaving a lasting mark on countless students' lives. He understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the world of education and was excited to share his wisdom with our students.
