(Example: What did she eat first? Have two pictures one with the correct answer and one not.)

Thursday: Students will learn to trace words and/or use picture clues to know what word they are writing about from a story. Students who can do both pages should. Read the story together, have your child read the story and use the picture clues to write the word that is presented. (Example: There is a picture of a frog, so this must say frog, trace/write frog.) There is a second sheet with allthe same words from the stroy, they can trace and then try to copy on their own or you can assist them with tracing by making dotted lines for them.

Friday: Students will learn to answer "wh" questions. Complete the question sheet. You can help them answer these questions out of the three that are given or if you see them struggling you can do it out of two pictures by blacking out one of the wrong answers.
