Anne Richardson, Assistant Principal




    Anne V. Richardson joined the Orange Public School District in 2018. Prior to this, she taught in the Paterson Public School District, Fauquier County Schools in Virginia and Randolph Township Schools for 11 years. Ms. Richardson worked for two years coaching first and second year teachers in Newark and Passaic and became the STEM Supervisor in Randolph for three and a half years before accepting the position of Assistant Principal at Orange High School.

    Ms. Richardson received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. After completing her graduate work, Ms. Richardson was awarded the Masters of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University.

    Ms. Richardson believes that all children are entitled to an excellent education and advocates both in schools and out for educational equity.  The goals of OHS to “educate, elevate and empower each student, every day” align precisely with her philosophy of education and she is proud to be a part of this team of educators, staff, administrators and parents all working together to bring out the best in our students.

    During her free time, Ms. Richardson enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family.
