    MONDAY, APRIL 6th

    5th GRADE CHORUS: Today is your class day. The assignment due today is the critique of your book reading you recorded last week. Go to Google Classroom, 5th GR Chorus-Ms. Kenyon and turn in your critique answering the questions posted for you. It is the top assignment. If you didn't record yourself reading a book but chose one from youtube. You still need to do the critque. 

    7th GRADE CHORUS:  Today is your class day. Go to Google Classroom, 7th GR Chorus - Ms. Kenyon and do the top assignment. It is a Brain POP video about Online Sources. Watch the video and take the quiz.  That's the assignment for today.      5th GRADE BAND: Today is your class day. The assignment due today is the critique of your book reading you recorded last week. Go to Google Classroom, 5th GR Band-Ms. Kenyon and turn in your critique answering the questions posted for you. It is the top assignment. If you didn't record yourself reading a book but chose one from youtube. You still need to do the critque.

    Go to Google Classroom, click on the link for the story Math Curse. After listening to the story type a paragraph about a subject that seems to be challenging for you and tell why is it challenging.     Today is your Library class day. Watch the video here from a 5th Grade Buddy Reader. After watching the video answer these questions about the story: 1. What were Bee's problems in the story. 2. Who helped Bee solve one of his problems? 3.     THIRD GRADE, MS. SWEN'S CLASS:Today is your Library Class day. Go to Google Classroom and click on the story at the top of the Filp Grid assignment. Listen to the story: Math Curse. After listening go on Flip Grid and tell me a school subject that you find challenging. Remember challenging means something that is hard or difficult. You may need to sign into your google account to get to the Flip Grid.

It can be a Dr. Seuss book or by another author. You will record yourself reading the book, as if you were reading to a class. Upload the video to Google Drive then share with me at: rkenyon@orange.k12.nj.us and I will post some as assignments for the younger classes and post some on a special page here on my website. This assignment will also be posted in Google Classroom. Check in there to see what other directions I have for you to follow.

    Go to Class Dojo, listen to the video story I posted. After listening to the story, go to Google Classroom, Media Tech class, read the directions and finish your assignment in the Google Doc provided for you. You are to describe the characters: Hare and Bear and explain how their actions contributed to the sequence of events in the story.

Answer these questions: 1. Would the reader (you) keep the attention of the listener? 2. Explain why or why not. 3. What would you or should you have done differently? 4. If you haven't recorded your reading yet, you need to do that assignment then do this one. This will be due Monday, April 6th.
