The Kindergartners will be learning LOTS of words this year. There will be an emphasis on Writing all year. By the end of Kindergarten the children will need to master writing a paragraph.  The Words to Know will help the children to write sentences, and eventually the required paragraphs.  Practice the words as often as you can.
