    25 Book Reading Campaign

This year the Orange Board Of Education has decided to incorporate the 25 Book Reading Campaign. Students are to read no less than 25 books throughout the school year. By having this program in place it ensures students are constantly learning, increased academic success and learning beyond the curriculum. Students are asked to complete reading summaries and logs to ensure academic honesty. Incentives are in place to maintain motivation. Students will have class contests, Free ticket to Six Flags, Pizza Hut Coupons, and Extra Computer Time. Students are encouraged to check out books from the media center on Wednesdays afterschool.

          Boxtops For Education

In order to get extra books here in the media center and throughout the Heywood Building, the media center will be the donation dropoff for the Boxtops Program. Parents if you use certain products clip the coupons on the back and have your child drop them off to the school. See me for additional monthly money saving coupons.
