Brief Overview of Our Literacy Program
This year we are embarking on a new Literacy program called HMH- Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. A research-based and proven literacy solutions set every student on a path to reading and writing proficiency. Therefore; students will be required to complete several writing pieces in addition to reading. Vocabulary will be a major component to getting students to be productive in both reading and writing. Several teaching strategies will be incorporated to promote comprehension of the content.
