    Literacy: Go on Class Story in Class Dojo and listen to Ms. Werbler read Chapter 1 of our new book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins. Then answer the question: How do the authors describe Mr. Popper? in your class dojo portfolio or by sending a picture in dojo! Also, let's move up in iRead today! 

    Math: Today we will measure lengths in inches! Log in to iReady and complete the math lesson I have assigned to you. When you reach the end of your lesson and take the quiz I will see it on my computer and give you credit for the day!  

    Social Studies: Log into your Pearson Account and complete Lesson Review: Heroic Helpers 


    Tuesday, April 21st 

    Literacy: Go on Class Story in Class Dojo and listen to Ms. Werbler read Chapter 2 of our book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins. Then answer the question: What did the authors do to make you think about what will happen in the next chapter? Also, let's move up in iRead today! 

    Math: Today we will measure lengths in centimeters! Log in to iReady and complete the math lesson I have assigned to you. When you reach the end of your lesson and take the quiz I will see it on my computer and give you credit for the day!  

    Science: Log into your Foss Web Account (username: werbler password: science2) Click on Media Library - PDF based eBook and read Mix It Up on pages 54-61. Take a picture of one of the pages you read and send it to me on Class Dojo! This will count as your credit for the work.


    Wednesday, April 22nd

    Literacy: If you need help remembering, go on Class Story in Class Dojo and listen to Ms. Werbler read Chapter 2 of our book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins again. Then answer the question: “Why do you think a penguin would make a good pet? Why do you think a penguin would make a bad pet?” Also, let's move up in iRead today! 

    Math: Today we will practice measuring lengths! Log in to iReady and complete the math lesson I have assigned to you. When you reach the end of your lesson and take the quiz I will see it on my computer and give you credit for the day!

    Thursday, April 23rd 

    Literacy: Go to Class Story in Class Dojo and listen to Ms. Werbler read part of Chapter 3 of our book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins. Then answer the question: Why does feeling excited and being curious make it hard for Mr. Popper to sleep well? Also, let's move up in iRead today!

    Math: Today we will practice estimating lengths in inches! Log in to iReady and complete the math lesson I have assigned to you. When you reach the end of your lesson and take the quiz I will see it on my computer and give you credit for the day!

    Science: Based on your readings from Tuesday, Tell me about a mixture of solids, a mixture of liquids, and a mixture of solids and liquids! Submit your work on Class Dojo messages or portfolios. 


    Friday, April 24th 

    Literacy: Go to Class Story in Class Dojo and listen to Ms. Werbler read the rest of Chapter 3 of our book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins. Then answer the question: What specific things did the penguin do to demonstrate being curious and inquisitive? Also, let's move up in iRead today! 

    Math: Today we will work on understanding measurements with different units! Log in to iReady and complete the math lesson I have assigned to you. When you reach the end of your lesson and take the quiz I will see it on my computer and give you credit for the day! 

    Social Studies: Log into Pearson and complete the Analyze Images lesson.
