Orange Public School District Title I Action Plans
The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) has released growth percentages that each school and district must achieve, based on their 2011 New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge (NJASK) and High School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA) scores. If schools did not demonstrate adequate growth in proficiency levels, school districts must post how Title I funds are being used to support those schools and the student subgroups that have not shown significant progress.
